Dang I sure hope they do! when they first came out, I paid a guy in-game around 60k crowns worth of items to get a white one, but he withheld it and disappeared. Remember those good old days when Chapeaus of the Rose cost less than 250,000 CE?

I don't understand why new players think they are entitled to new content that people paid money for when it was cheap during the initial release. They should learn to join and grind earlier before special events and spend 10 dollars to get their own hats. Because a hat isn't special unless you pay 25K CE for a Chapeau hat, and I'm entitled to it because I did.
New users need to check their privileges and remember that the 1% of players has the right to own super expensive hats.
Chaps should have been time exclusive like Groundbreaker set.
We wouldn't be having this discussion if it were.
We need to be more special and elite because of hats. It only makes sense because reasons.
Besides you can always get Coral and Violet Chapeaus on Wednesday at 3AM pacific time on the AH for 495K crowns, but remember they always sell out seconds later so people can resell them for twice their value.
I hope you like Coral and Violet tabards though!
Those are so cheap, they can't sell enough of them on the AH.

This is like people asking for buds to be re-released.
Actually, right now is around the two-year anniversary of when the original colors were released. OOO caught a lot of flak from players when they put up some original rose sets when featured auctions were first introduced--and that might make them a little gun-shy to bring them out again--but who knows, maybe someday.
