One common theme of mineral suggestions is that it's hard for the people who care about minerals to have an influence because of all the people who don't. How about we explicitly separate them? With a quick-sell station for the people who don't care, directly-deposited (read: intentionally-invested) minerals can be given proportionately more weight. This could go as far as to give auto-sold minerals no influence on gate composition. This also makes less-favorable minerals less of a problem; for instance, if I just want to avoid graveyards I can quick-sell my yellow and purple and manually deposit the rest.
Quick-sold minerals would only be weighted if they go towards boosted strata. It's on the part of the booster instead of the seller, but those minerals are still intentionally allocated.
