I think I needed to make a seperate thread about this.
When you interrupt a Shield Bash with a Dash right as your Bash starts to move forwards, you will get a Dash that covers an extreme amount of ground.
Doing this will make your knight cover about 11 tiles. The Dash, by itself, would cover 5 tiles, and the Bash would cover 6. Doing the dash as soon as you can will make the dash - and its invulnerability - last for the whole 11 tiles, and you'll have covered the ground in the normal amount of time a dash takes, plus the startup time of the Shield Bash. (that is to say, really fast!)
Of course, there is the cost of using up your Dash, and usually you'll spend your shield's health as well. However, if you do the dash at just the right time, you will perform the Super Dash with no cost to your shield. Performing it too early will also keep the shield health, but will give you a normal dash.
I have no idea if this was an intentional feature or not (I'm hopeful that it was :V). However, I think that being able to do this without spending your shield health would be problematic - perhaps making the shield drain occur earlier, before the forwards movement, would fix that.
So... What happens if I use bash to cancel out of a Hammer combo after the lunge, and then go from that into his super dash thing? While wearing MSI gear? Do you move like 20 spaces in 1.5 seconds?
