The last three or so guilds I was in, only like 1 in 20 even had voice chat enabled. Also I'd prefer not to join a guild that's obsessed with cosmetics or Lockdown. Is there like, some kind of dedicated steam-only guild? Preferably with players who know what they're doing.
Are there any guilds that actually use voice chat?

No! Why install ANOTHER program when steam already has it? Why doesn't anyone use STEAM voice chat?

Non sequitur. Your facts are uncoordinated.
Steam doesn't support large conversations as well as mumble, ventrilo, etc do. The programs aren't very large and are generally non-intrusive and low bandwidth.

@retequizzle because I already HAVE steam. I don't want to install more junk I'll never need. And steam voice chat is INGAME.

Well...
Schizophrenia uses Steam only, and we're pretty active!!!
We even have a full Steam group we use to chat with our 30 Steam members (growing!)
Plus we host radical parties that almost everyone enjoys!!! in our Dedicated to Having Fun Hall!! (No kidding, all we're about is enjoying the game, and the community!! XD) =D
