To clarify: I'm talking about debuffs that affect player actions, like Charge Time Increase, Movement Speed Decrease, Attack Speed Decrease, Damage Decrease. I'm talking about Plate armors (ASD for extra defence, or MSD for health for Ancient Plate). There should be other armors that have this kind of property.

Perhaps Ironmight would get ASD low and universal DB low, or Vog Cub would get Sword ASI high, universal ASD low, or just maybe Mercurial would get MSI med and universal DD low. Something like these.

This will help SK utilise their varied armor that, at the moment, is very biased towards certain ones.

I always thought that the

I always thought that the wolver coat series should give you a low to medium move speed
bonus (depending on which armor tier), but a slight gun and bomb damage penalty.

Negative ASI/CTR can be countered with UVs. There's no global damage UV, nor UVs to boost damage towards other players in LD.
Guess wich armors will still be a better choice.

You can't beat the clones. Prepare to be assimilated.

If OOO truly wanted to balance armors, they would've done so

This is to increase the viability of various armors. As long as OOO keeps UVs and trinkets, there's no way that armors can be truly balanced or perfectly imbalanced through changing these action buffs/debuffs. To do this would require the armors to have unique bonuses, I get this feeling that OOO will not take the step to make armors have unique bonuses.

Having action buffs and debuffs on various armors is what I think that is the only way to get close to a desired degree of balance.
