recently i saw a discussion about if DA or GF is better in LD when they have asi.. so i was wandering what do you guys think ?
What is more useful in LD.. DA with asi or GF with asi ?

gf excels because of curse chance
yeayea maybe some ppl come and say DA better for justcharging or against snarbolaxes. for me gf is 100% winner just because curse. i still switch to DA or glacius against snarbolaxes, but cursing an enemy in LD..is just too funny and thats worth more than little bit extra dmg
o yea ive had a situation wher i got cursed while charging a bomb and walked all the way back to base. even tho i was the cursed person, it was hillarious xD

GF is always better because
GF is always better because Piercing and Elemental is more common than Shadow--also the chance to get a free curse which is practically a kill.

I dunno.
What is more useful in LD.. DA with asi or GF with asi, you ask?
I don't know about you, but in LD I like to use PD becuase it can EE the ME
with an SAT and take it to the DMV so it can go XSYGFIYNICGNAP but hey I guess you're
less of a BLE and more of a CMBD so I guess just use a sword or something.

Well I prefer using the GF for so many reasons, Btw. I only have DA but Ill make a GF soon
I've Been playing LD alot. And here are the reasons why choose GF
1. T3 Newbies keep on attacking so if you curse them they will die in an instant
2. Not much people uses shadow defense.
Well I take the many reasons back :3

I think DA would have some edge over faust, because the DA's charge wont kill you (curse you).

I'd say GF.
The simple reasoning behind this? Chaos set. It's really popular. What else? It's more effective vs all Bomber gear. It doesn't really matter if you've got DA or GF when facing a Snarby because you'll be better off using your toothpick, I'd say. A bit contradictory since I did say GF is better because it's better against Chaos and bomber gear. But hey, it's a great shield breaker and if you break that shield, you wanna hit as hard as you can if any of your damage goes through. The curse is quite the icing on the cake but it's not a lot. I rarely inflict it.

Actually. Snarby set has a hidden amount of negative curse resistance. The only common armour that is at all a decent counter to GF is Shadowsun.

Then I'll mention what Zeddy more or less said: neither of those two sets are common.
Move to The Arsenal.
And Id rather have GF cuz of the curse, some people like DA because its elemental damage and not so many people have elemental defense.
