@Use: Not all of us are so willing to drop our goodies at the drop of a Nitronome, regrettably. Also, don't blame us for the hate, it's all the RNG's fault! We should totally have homing health hearts.
(srs answer: It's possible that the drops were taken out after the introduction of the Enamorocks from the Coliseum rewards, although I have no means of directly confirming that they were removed altogether - since, y'know, really low spawn and drop rates in the first place.)

I know a Sick Puppy, although he's... err... more into the other side of things. You may feel he's a bit too green for your taste. (Power tools would probably be necessary.)
