I realize that the Gauntlet and FSC are very profitable, but they have the disadvantage of being non-randomized; making them pretty boring. Therefore, I ask: what is the most profitable randomized mission you can run?

As you said, they are randomized. You can know it's theme and general layout but you can't determine wich specific variant you'll get in the end.
I guess the more balanced levels with a guaranteed decent payout are graveyards and the aurora isles.
I'm assuming you meant arcade-wise?
In that case, arenas. Every now and then, there's that perfect gate where there's an arena right after Emberlight or Moorcraft Manor. Then you just have to run it over and over again.
