In addition to what Krakob said, I can do you one better. Every level of damage bonus increases base damage by exactly 4%. After that, the enemy's defence is linearly subtracted (until the damage has been brought down below the amount of defence itself, then it gets wacky).
At T3 GTH, the wolver bag has about 61 piercing defence and 122 shadow/normal defence.
Who needs charts when there are formulas?

If you want for just GTH, you can refer to the chart Krakob linked.
If you want for every depth, I'm going to need a 3-dimensional chart. I will map this out comprehensively as soon as I figure out what exactly happens below the defence treshold.
