Well, it's impossible to predict the future, but I assume it'll raise about 1k ce a month until it is around 10k ce.

Wait wait wait. I was confused with the price. Borderlands 2 is worth 8-10K CE. My previous post is right.
I'm sorry, I thought Borderlands 2 was a 20$ game (so on sale it would be 5$), not a 10$ game.

Hm, I notice a lot of older games that are selling for $19.99 have been sold for cheap still. I think it's partly due to them being in a sales event one time at the steam store, which psychologically devalued the games in the buyer's/seller's minds. I don't think they'll increase that much, I think one has to look at L4D2 for an example.
