(This is my first post, so I hope I'm doing this right...) When I looked on the wiki page to find where Basil sells it, I couldn't find it and then I couldn't find a reasonable price in the AH. I'll pay the price for the recipe if anyone would be kind enough to sell it to me! Trying to upgrade my gear before I move onto anymore missions.

I used mine, but just a word of advice, Basil sells recipes at clockworks terminals, which are floors in the middle of tiers in an arcade level. The place to find 3* recipes would be floor 13 of any gate, and you just have to wish your luck is good and you find a twisted snarble barb recipe. Cheers!
