Based on my own digging...
This week's the week, I'm positive.
Unless they randomly go "lol lockdown dash 'n bash testing part II!"
EDIT: Infact, I'm 99% sure today or tomorrow's the day.

As far as i know
I believe that it will probably be this Wednesday, as they release all their updates and patches on those days.
Also updates usually come out after the preview server is closed to the public. So there should be an update coming out soon, and i can tell you, you're going to like it. (though some might "Rage" at the new item Icons.)
As someone who has actually tested its features its definitely going to be something that everyone will use at some point in the Clockworks/Lockdown. (it will especially be great for gunners.)

I'm guessing wednesday as well.
Which was my guess date for the BS release... oh well. Maybe since it's memorial day weekend, they'll give us a promo... ;)
