we have dash (dodge) and shield bash now, so why not it could add a whole new way of going around maps. you could jump over enemies or jump on platforms that could be in air or something. idk just something we could always use more actions.

I guess the dodge could be

I guess the dodge could be used for those the jumping across platform actions. Just make it so that dashing allows you to noclip through certain (obviously labelled and explained) blocks and presto! You can now jump across platforms!

There might be problem with people dashing into mid-air and insta-dying though. Unless someone presents a fix like, I don't know, dashing into the aforementioned blocks will actually just set off an animation which sends you to another pre-determined point. Kinda lame, but easier to implement though.

Being able to jump over enemies though? Might make the game easier without good need. Or help you get the hell out of those cluster[NO!] situations where your stuck in the corner with every other enemy on your [bucket].

SK

I dont think their is an air in spiral knights. i think everything is just one level, so if the developers were to try to implement a jump option, they would also have to create a second level to create a sky for SPiral knights. Hope you get what i mean.

Maybe?

SK is a 2-dimensional game. This would add a third. It'd be a ton to do not to mention that there'd probably be a bigger strain on our PCs, which there's plenty enough of already. Let's wait, at least. Sprites first.

That's what shieldbash does.
