My browser froze and when it unfroze all my text was gone. Great. Now I have to retype this bull.

Let's say I want to enter the guild hall of Guild A. I know it's an open guild. As a nonmember I travel to the garrison and go to the building to see the "Open Guild Hall" list. Guild A isn't there. I switch to all the English instances/channels but it still isn't on the list. When I try again say, two hours later, Guild A is where it should be. But now Guild C and Guild F are missing from the list.

Is this on purpose? Does the list cycle through open guilds? (If so, I have no idea why it does.)

And why does the list currently look like this, if that is the case:

You were probably online while the majority of the players in the US were either busy or were sleeping. If not, these guilds must of have chosen to not open their guild hall to public

not permitted entry

You can't enter a guild hall unless it is open to the public. It isn't open to the public unless an officer of the guild makes it open. When no one from the guild is online, the guild hall automatically reverts to being not open to the public, I believe.

^ Correct. I've noticed that

^ Correct. I've noticed that the Guild Hall closes itself after every reboot, so what Bopp says is the most logical explanation.

I wasn't aware of this. That is most likely the reason why the list is constantly changing.

Thanks for the responses! c:
