Am I the only one, who have troubles with paying in Steam?
I'm trying to buy, for example, energy or Starter Pack for real money with PaySafeCards. Everytime I see this:
"There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."
I waited a minute, and 30, and week, and month. I tried to contact support, but they don't answer me.
Can somebody say, what's the reason or at least am I only one with this problem?
P.S.: Sorry for incorrect English.
P.S.S.: I live in Germany.
Have you tried mailing Support by using the Support Mail form?
Feel free to fill it out in German if that is more comfortable. One of our German speaking Game Masters should be able to help you better than I can.
