I gotta say that I really dig the new Icons OOO

Now just remove the "what does the scouter say" additions(health bar and weakness showing on enemies), and all will be fine.

Otherwise meh. It's still great that you've done something good for a change

You can turn that off in the menu/settings.

I know, but it shouldn't be

I know, but it shouldn't be part of the core game. Some things are better to stay unknown as a whole to intensify the experience(especially boss battles)

Someone who plays a lot of monster hunter should understand this. You can only read his weakening from his movements in that game

A matter of personal preference. If you wish to not have it, then you can take that path, but monster hp has been requested before, so I'd rather enjoy it than not.

I agree with you that it shouldn't have been added for the reasons you mentioned, Djawed. But on the other side, I don't have much to complain about when I can turn it off anyway. Yes, people with it on might have a little 'upperhand' with it, but oh well.

And as Owao said, people have been requesting this before.

I still wish Boss hp bars

I still wish Boss hp bars would be a static one on our hud, instead of the little bar hidden inside of the boss.

If you use Autotarget, there would be a little display showing the entire health [enemy] has on the top right corner, in addition to the static health overlay.
