Hi there

With new actions, and probably even more actions coming with the sprites update, I was playing more with the gamepad options and wanted to set it up a very specific way, which I couldn't, so here's my suggestion:

Currently with a gamepad, you are basically forced to set it up as a classic topdown dungeon crawler where your d-pad or left analog stick is used for movement + aiming, which means your knight always faces the direction he's moving, great for swords, irrelevant for bombs, but a little crappy for guns and throwing vials and pots.

the other option is to set it up as a top down shooter, where you set the d-pad or left analog stick for movement and then the right analog stick for aiming, great for guns and throwing vials, irrelevant for bombs, and useful for sword charges, depending on the user preferences this might be better than the first option even for swords (this is how I've been playing basically since release)

I'd like to be able to set a third option, which currently, it's impossible, that is, use the left analog stick for movement + aiming, and then use the right analog stick for aiming only, but with a higher priority to the aiming in the right analog stick so that if you change your direction, your aim won't change unless you are not moving the right analog stick.

Right now I can sort of try this, but aiming is always set to the last change, so even if I use gamepad + mouse emulation to do it, as soon as I change the movement direction the aiming is lost and the knight will face the movement direction

Also currently, there's no way to set the same action to 2 different buttons or axis, as you can only set gamepad in the gamepad column, it would be nice to be able to do this.

Thanks

I'm Zeddy and I approve of this thread.

Also, the left and right triggers on Xbox/PS3 pads can't be used at the same time and this needs to be fixed.
