I just want to know why, I want to quit this game, why I cannot resell my stuff to someone who is willing to pay me in real money?
Why trading in real money will be banned, I don't understand!

I am using kongregate to log into game. So I have to trade with real money, ce is meaningless to me.
Why Three ring can sell stuff with real money while me, as a customer cannot resell my stuff in real money, that's ridiculous. I got banned now, ok, give me an explaination.

Scams. You might have good intentions, but there are evil people out there.
There are no guarantees you'll send the items after they pay you and viceversa, the buyer may not pay after you send the items.
If it was possible, you'd be complaining someone stole you :P
As for selling accounts, the original owner could request a password reset and 'hack' it.

That's why it is illegal to sell account in most games but doesn't stop anyone from doing it...
And to be fair, the Auction House killed the Diablo series, D3 is a shame and a bot wasteland. Also called Auction House Tycoon 3 and Barblo 3, or She-ablo 3. So many things are wrong with this game that even 1 year after release they still put up content people asked during the first month of release. ID All items, PvP, still can't go back from act to act keeping buffs, so few gems compared to D2, and I'll just leave it at that... I hate and loathe the 3rd installment of Diablo and can trash talk it for all day long, I despise it and have reasons to. Worst Deception of all time. Worst game of 2012.

Here is your solution.
Step 1: create steam account.
Step 2: sell everything you own.
Step 3: give the money to the steam account character.
Step 4: use steam trade to trade SK money for marketable TF2 items.
Step 5: sell those for real money.
