So, like, why was the shock removed from it? It's name and description doesn't even make sense now.

Dunno. But one thing for sure, it makes me sad. =(

You mean on the wiki? I just tried it in-game: shocked baddies like always...

Well, I don't have one.

But, I checked the item itself in the game, and it isn't in it's description anymore, and my friend says it didn't cause shock either. Maybe he was just very unlucky...?

Is this a new thing? I can't recall it ever being in the description, but the bomb's been dealing moderate shock pretty often every time I've used it.

pop quiz

The Tiglav (and Jalovec?) do not list their ability to cause freezing. I dunno, blame the devs.

I just tested it, and Electron Vortex did inflict shock on a GTH punching bag.

Also, Triglav states it has chance of Strong Freeze, but it actually only inflict Moderate Freeze.

It inflicts Strong Freeze on the charge, just like how FoV only does moderate and strong fire on regular attack and charge, respectively.

No it doesn't. it's moderate for both the charge and the second swing.
