As the title says, this is a thread for a shield accessory. Most of the time it will not be visible but under some situations can be. This accessory can't be removed but will be passed on with each upgrade.
The accessory will come in all the usual colors and should be included in prize boxes. Normally it only effects the color of the shield's shield bash trails.

All the normal types ( heavy, fancy, cool, ect.) can be bought off basil IN THE ARCADE at the tire 2 and 3 terminal. She will sell 4 normal types in tire 2.
in tire 3 she sells 4 normal and 2 of the rare types (divine, volcanic, shadow, prismatic) and any of the special trails if she is near the right level types.

typhoon
the trails are much more windy and larger.

spectral
a mixture of haunted and ghostly.
Prize boxes, Moorcroft Manor boxes,Halloween events, and Basil if she is in near a undead spectrum .

Cursed
trails are a dark purple that let off paper tags similar to the sealed swords effect. These papers will also burst from the shield when ever it breaks and will some times fall from it.

Cubed
The trails will be more cubic and squared, always prismatic color or solid white.
basil, lock boxes, and prize boxes in treasure faults.  

Virgo
produces two bright streams around the shield as it charges, one is a darker form of your prismatic color while the other is a lighter version or just red and blue. The shield will have two orbs circling the front of the shield as the same colors of the two orbs on the charge.

most likely the rarest of them all and if added, should not be mentioned in any change logs.

I have been thinking over a special variation of a shield accessory that for now, I will stay vague about but would be fine with going into more detail about it if I am asked to by an a̢͢͞d̴̀̕m̴͡͠i͡͡n͞,̢҉ I know this sounds silly but this is meant to be a se̵cret ̕u͜p͢dat̢e kinda thing!

The accessory will cause the s̡̕hie͏l̶͢d to have a massive s̢͢w̧̛̕a̴rm̷ of black and pink cracks covering it. When the pļ͠a̷̵̷̡̕ye͘͏̸͢͜r̕͏̶̡͡ does a shield bash the player will be consumed in a cloud of d̡ar̢kn̢e҉ss͏ ͟ and a thin layer of fog will be left behind the player of pink and black that will fade away. monsters hit will instead of a stun effect will have a cloud of black and pink s̱̦͍͚͈ͯ̌̈͒ͨͤú̙͒r̳̞͕̞̜̪̊̿͊̎̉͛͐ͅr̫ͮ̽͛̿͑ͯo̺̖̞ͥ̓ͫ̍ͤͫͭu͚̻̝̣̺͉̹͂͐̎̔̓̏͌n͓ͯͮd̝̫̼̯͕ͨ̈ ̠̌ ̟̻̺͑ͭ̈́̌ their heads/body. Same effect as stun of coarse.
There will be a special event for this to happen and for now, I won't go too far into the details about but none the less I do have it planned ơ̵͇̪͚͈̦͕̯̺̘͕̖̥̫ͧ̈́̔ͧ̊̔͗͐͝ͅũ̴̵̎̓̓ͬ͊ͣ͏̱̱̹͉̘̳̱̯̜ţ̶̸̬̰͇̩̲̤̙̻̞͚̪͎͈ͩ̊ͥͫ̈́͂̎̐̌͋̅̽͊͘͠.
Can only be acquired from completing mysterious cross roads with a shield equipped with no accessory on the shield. You will also have to go through a... "event" of sorts.

Feral
This accessory is in honor of a certain some one being the first to say -1. The shield will have spectral wolvers similar to the WHB be apart of the charge. The shield will always have a status effect of "-1 to all forum posts" added to the shield's description similar to the undead damage bonus on a iron avenger but in a purple box. obviously not doing any thing and simply a joke.
Lock boxes, and red prize boxes in tire 2+ wolver dens. VERY LOW chance in tire 2, not as low BUT STILL LOW in tire 3. Basil will sell in tire 3 if near a wolver den.  

Gloaming
Reference to the Gloaming Wild Woods.
The effect makes a spectral snarbolax in mid charge that bits at the end of the charge. If the player were to hit a wall or edge, the specter would continue. It does not cause any effects.
Can be acquired on any of the dark thorn shield when CRAFTING not BUYING with tokens. Chance of getting it on the craft starts at 10% and goes up by 10 more when ever you upgrade it again. This means buying lets say, you bought a twisted charge then it would only have a 10% chance of getting the Gloaming effect when you upgrade it into a dark thorn.
Also mirrored lock boxes.

The shield bash will have a similar to the current but will have the gremlin family sign appears on the front of charge will cause gremlins to make a battle cry when you do it, regardless if you hit them. While doing this in ember light should cause them to tern and face you then look away. The color of the charge will depend on the tire you are on. If in tire 1, the charge will be a light green. Orange for tire 2 and purple for tire 3.
Only found as a drop from tire 3 gremlins. Chance is highest with gremlin stalkers , lowest with knockers. Very high, if not always, attached to a Dark Fang shield

Fiendish
The dash will be a dark purple, that fades into a dark navy, then fades away. The Fiend family emblem will be on the front of the charge. Causes near by fiends to make a noise, regardless of being hit. Dark purple orbs and maybe another fiend projectile or too can some times be seen in the charge.
Boxes in tire 3 devilite levels and Basil if she is near a devilite spectrum in tire 3.

Titanic
The player has a water ripple effect when they dash like when a boat is going across water. If the shield breaks the sound of some thing being dropped into water will be heard with splash effects coming off the shield. Drips of water can some times fall from the shield.

Tesla
Large bolts of electricity will fly off the shield as the dash goes off that fall behind the trail. Occasionally sparks can be seen falling from the shield. When the shield breaks a large thunder crack can be heard.

Wise
The shield will produce owlit feathers during the dash and these can be seen some times falling from the shield. When the shield breaks the sound of an Owl going "WHOO" CAN proc while a ton of feathers fly.
