Only one problem though. I just spent 17kce today on accessories and don't have 3kce, only 2. I will try get 1kce quickly to pay him for the Crest of Storms but if you are in the hurry and desperate for the Crest of Storms, maybe you can lend me 1kce? If not I will try just spamming runs to get it quickly.

I don't have a Crest of Storms but to increase chance of finding one, you should sell your Crest of Winter for CE and then buy the Crest of Storms with the CE. Also if you do decide to listen to me, I would offer 2kce on the Crest of Winter
