I have a question about GH design.
I have 1st and 2nd flor in my Guild Hall and I bought AH room + mist well and put them on the 1st floor.
What will happen if I will sell 2nd floor? Will AH room and mist well will disappear?
I am asking because it is a requiriment that you need to have 2nd floor in order to get AH room and mist well.
This is just an example, and this operation can be made with some other floors rooms and stuff.

If you have to pay upkeep in a few minutes or so, you can go to design mode, wait till' upkeep stops and publish the guild. You have another week to pay upkeep, skip upkeep and the price doesn't go up. Although I do find it a bug, and I had reported the bug. My guildmates found out about it, so that's when I reported the bug. I don't want to exploit it because that's part of the ToS (If you find a bug with an advantage, DO NOT ever take an advantage or you will be banned).
Forgot to add something. Yes, Auction house and Alchemy room will be gone because you no longer meet the requirements of the Auction house and Alchemy Room.
You sure that the AH room will disappear? You tried that before by yourself?
This means that other rooms such special craft room and that room were you can unbind stuff and add UV's will dissaper too... that is so sad

Well, yes, rooms which require an expansion vanish once said expansion is removed, no matter where they are.
The AH room will disappear but you can keep the mist well. Same with any other furniture you buy.
