This is not just a blaster with a different rate of fire and some status effects and
modified damage types. No, this is a completely new type of gun with its own mechanics
which make it completely different from the others.

So how does it work? Well, first, you have to charge it; there is no quick shot.
It takes about 5 seconds to fully charge. Once you do, a target/arrow-shaped
indicator which uses your personal color will pop up and follow your mouse, but
only to a distance of around 12 tiles away, which sounds like a lot of range, but
it'll make sense.

Instead of firing a bullet, it shoots a rocket. A balistic rocket, of course. In case
you don't know what that means, it's a rocket which is launched nto the air and lands
on its target. The rocket will travel to wherever you aimed it. When it lands, it explodes
and causes heavy damage (no specific numbers, it's multi-tier) over a 2-and-a-half
tile radius. Sounds good, right? Well, here's the trick; it doesn't actually damage anything
it passes on the way to its destination. In other words, it does a very high ammount
of damage for a gun of its corresponding tier, but it must be aimed fairly precisely, and
may require a bit of calculation to land a succesful hit.

The default line does normal damage with a chance of stun; of course, there
would be at least a few varients which would do different damage types and inflict
varying statuses. So, what do you think?
