It looks like a bug (though it could be a feature) - every time I log off, game "forgets" that I clicked the "Allow Full Inspect" box in equipment menu. Most people just forget to click it every time they log on, which results in inability to inspect nearly everyone.

This is likely an oversight
This is likely an oversight bug and has been flagged by more than a few people. Every other menu option partying behavior is stored as registry keys for recall later. This option is not.
I suspect that this is an oversight rather than a bug. I'd also prefer that "Allow Full Inspect" remain toggled between sessions, or default to "Allow Full Inspect".
