I was thinking just straight up 900kcr or 1milcr. As in ce around 14-16kcr. But this isn't ultimately not my choice, im just advertising this for a friend :)
As I offered online, a Sprinkle Aura + Prismatic Party Hat + Love Aura (there is room to talk, if this ends up being a semi acceptable offer)
I'd be interested to see what the greater community thinks of the value of this item, but here's a rationale behind my offer:
ASI H Hunting Blade - 6k CE (tops)
CTR VH Hunting Blade - 3k CE (total guess. Tried to value it around a CTR VH Flourish (I know it's 2* vs 4* but the population of users + slight increased utility in charge more than makes up for it))
Add some premium in for 2 UV (X CE)
