Wondering if were suppose to get a receipt or confirmation email or something because I got nothing for my transaction in terms of a receipt and this is basically the first time I ever bought something online where I didn't get a receipt and I constantly buy things on line so this is a first.
Do they send something or not? If not they really should there's no excuse.

Hay just a silly newbe question .. Uhmm is there a specific reason why energy prices are soo high ?? Like 5000 crowns for 100 energy ..
I kinda find it a bit silly .. exspecially for us new players .. Is it possible too get this lowered .. ?? An if soo how doo ii go about it ??

Energy prices are set up by other players. It reflects the amount of Crowns that other players are willing to sell their Energy for. The only way to add more Crystal Energy into the game is by buying it with real money.
5,000 Crowns per 100 Energy is not that bad... You only need Crystal Energy once you reach Tier 2, and you can earn 5,000 Crowns in a trip through Tier 2 (Which requires 80 Energy plus revives).
Just use your Mist until then.
You do not get a receipt per se, but you can printscreen and save the confirmation screen. You can email billing support if you had a problem with your purchase and credit card records can be instantly checked online at your credit card's website, if you want to see payment confirmation.
