So as the title says this is meant to be a ranged bomb for pure bombs for the sake of hitting switches and such that one could not normally reach with out some gun or throw able item.
Typhoon will be an upgrade from the blast bomb and will retain the normal damage. The bomb it self will have a some what small blast radius, similar to that of a mist bomb's actual damage radius, but will fire off several wind disks similar to the winmillion, the blast it self will have a high knock back and the wind disks do not stop once they hit an enemy but they have little to know knock back. I am not too sure on the damage values but the disks should travel to about 4 blocks out farther then the BAB's radius, after those 4 blocks they become transparent and will no longer damage monsters. they will then fly another 5 blocks out and can only break blocks and hit switches.
The 4 star upgrade to the Typhoon will be called "Isaac's Reckoning". Same range as before just more damage and possibly to cause minor stun.

No, the shots are not
No, the shots are not restricted to the ground, and they don't have a high hit rate, maybe 2 per second, and seeing how these are spur charges they will only do maybe 50 damage each making it again, more of a utility weapon like the winmillion.
The whole point of this item is to give pure bombers a way to still be using a bomb, but be able to hit switches.
The only thing I'm not sure on is weather or not the fuse should go down faster because of this :l

An old RSS but with lower damage is still an old RSS.
Old RSS wasn't restricted to the ground either. I used it for far away switches too.

It's like an old RSS, but it shoots Spur charges?
