In all honesty surge/hallow/hunter/frosty are all just a waste of ce/cr. All they are re-skins as we know, don't provide any bonus other than gives the person wearing it something to boast about. Waste of time, waste of money. These new storm costumes look good, but that's all they do...is look good.
