Actually, they leave footprints in general in HQ. Same applies for the rest of the classes.

Yes

You can see recon footprints in any location, but it's less subtle in the snow levels.

Once in a while, I can hone in on their movements in places like Gardens/Stadium, but I'm a bit too colorblind to do it consistently lol.

I saw this guy track my footprints in forest and I swore he was autistic. I called him out on it and he was blown away.

Do you have something against autistic people or something? You seem to bring them up a lot. Or are you some sort of autism fanboy? (they do exist)

You are experiencing a PICNIC ERROR!

If I remember right, you have to have the graphics quality set high enough in order to see the footprints.

Once I managed to track someone via their footprints. Also once I went up to a pro who could see my prints 24/7 and he was a total pain. He also was really good at predicting me, which I found was because he was once a pro-recon as well.

You can spot footprints regardless of your graphics settings. I play on low detail and I can still spot recon footprints when I take a close look around me. I did, in fact, catch a cloaked recon by doing so quite recently so graphics setting doesn't matter.

On high, the particles are thicker and thus easier to see?
