Where had you been? Tier 1 or tier 2? Oh you are squire, you should reach 4 rank at least. You have to visit tier 2 for that material. I recommend 5-2-2 mission. There is low rate of 2* mat in tier 1.
Back when I was a late 4* guy or early 5*, I used to do full Tier 3 runs down to the core, and I always saw a Crest of Almire Recipe in Basil's stock.
Now here I am desperate for that recipe, it's been a week and a half now and I STILL haven't gotten it. I mean, WTF?
