Um, as far as I am concerned,
Um, as far as I am concerned, the last few Shivermist Buster (5 star) sold for 20-23 k ce, personally bought one for great price of 18k. So I am not sure what you are expecting people to offer, as 25k ce is above the price range most people are willing to offer for a Shivermist, not to mention this is not Shivermist, but the two star Freezing Vaporizer. Could be wrong, but it's hard sell for 20k+ as they are frequently available. Hope you find a buyer, good luck! :D
