It should just be dropped, and should make a banging noise, and should have a huge radius, like 3 times bab/nitro, and should deal 3 1 damages in quick succession. That way, I won't have to mess around breaking stuff.
Make a 1* bomb specialized in breaking grass/bushes/treasures
Or a non-dlc dark retribution line. Normal damage, probably.
Or make all bombs except vortex and dark retribution lines one-hit all minerals and blocks.
Shield bash could do 3 hits, and work on blocks and minerals.
You could make firecracker mechanically a shard bomb with, like, 16 shards or something ridiculous like that. Would make it more true to its name.
I'm all for a normal version of dark retribution/warmaster rocket hammer for F2Pers and P2Pers alike, but the problem with them is that they're bad at breaking the grass tiles on the ground, and I often find myself either bypassing a couple hundred crowns, or wasting a couple hundred hours getting those couple hundred crowns on wolver dens. So I was kind of wanting some kind of a 'break the bushes' item. And I know shard bombs are good, but they're too slow. Its faster to just sword+sentenza the grass down.
This item wouldn't be immensely useful, but it would save a portion of time.... I think it should only be sold rarely by T3 basil as well, that way newer players won't end up getting one+trying to use it for actual fighting.
Because right now, on wolver dens there are 2 party roles:
-Person that kills the wolvers and runs ahead.
-Person that kills the bushes and lags behind.
And all the weapons are focused on the person killing the wolvers for some strange reason.
Total agreement with you on the 2 party roles in wolver dens. So, OOO, if you make a battle sprite (it doesn't even have to be called a battle sprite. Sprite works just fine) that breaks bushes, candles, trash cans, etc. for us, Fehzor and I would be forever grateful. We couldn't even complain because there's no balancing involved, nothing that can go wrong with something so simple (as long as it stays that simple) and it would be something we didn't have to start with.
The problem I see with the original idea is that you waste a slot carrying a 1* bomb that only breaks the bushes
You may as well bring a proto sword.
As Jaunces pointed out, it wastes a slot. Also this wouldn't be the most useful weapon in the game. I only break blocks (bushes) in Beast levels because they sometimes drop crowns. Other than that, it's useless. Plus you can always use a flourish line/cutter with a nice noticable ASI, or SS buck.
You got me there.
But you get my point, why get another bomb instead of carrying a weak sidesword.
It would be cool if we had a bomb that breaks blocks and minerals fast while also being usefull to poke enemies.
Who needs 2 weapons?
Me.
It's possible that lumbers or Polyp's will appear in a beast level and if you have just a piercing wep then you'll need something else for them. But if this bomb was released I reckon VERY few people would actually use it. Sorry.
We should give the Heavy Deconstructor a 5 star called the "Seerus Deconstructor" and give it the DR orbs, make them red, and have them do half normal and half elemental damage. this way players have access to a break block bomb, and there will be a new offensive elemental bomb. This change should also be made to the Deconstructor were it has only maybe has the 2 small orbs, and the heavy has 3.
Correct me if I am wrong about how the DR orbs go.
possibly take away or weaken the bonus damage to constructions and just give pure elemental?
Or we could just click the attack button and the cloud thing can do 0-1 dmg but break blocks. Or we could just half-charge and have it misfire three times in a row with a chance of damaging yourself slightly, and possibly nearby enemies instead of a cloud that rubberbands you. Or we could have a bomber shield do the work for us. Because that would totally be a bomber shield. Yeah, I know these are pretty bad ideas, but quite honestly I doubt anyone would use 250CE to break blocks easily (referring to the weapon slot cost and your idea).
