During Art1 Class I decided to build a Knight chess piece. Where have we seen a Knight Piece before? Well, It's still not fired. Thus, not painted. But here you guys go!

I was originally thinking of continuing the chess set, but I can't get my hands onto other clay so far. And I was actually making a Bishop! But to answer Blue's Questions:
1. I'm hoping it'll get painted! But first it must must be fired before anything else! [if it doesn't explode on me, that is. That's why I hollowed it.]
2. Idea: Not friends. But instead, different heads. Since the Knight head is removable, I can make different heads for the same belly. However, the ideal thing was to make the different bodies as well. But this was a project for Art class, so time was short. But thoughts were:
Rook: A spiked, SK-designed castle tower. It should have had similar etchings and slightly altered form.
Pawn: [?]
Queen: Royal Jelly Crown?
King: [?] [had to be something with an insignia on the top]
Knight: "Trojan"

3. The 'whistle' was unintentional, but generic. It doesn't whistle a beautiful tune or anything. It's just like wing going through an almost closed car window.
I really want to continue the project, but it's hard to find time for it [but hey! It's summer!] and I need the resources. I tried to work on the Bishop piece, and ironically, it seemed much harder than the Knight. That was because of my lack of time and patience. While I could slab the Knight's pieces together, the Bishop head needed to be built like it was the body, AND it needed a hollow visor. AND the clay I was using was almost dry. AND I could go on with excuses but the baseline is: I couldn't finish. I'm planning to go on, but I want your feedback or possible ideas if this project were to continue... :D

I like what youve got in for the bishop thats really pretty cool.
Also for the spiked tower it almost sounds like a T3 Jelly
As for the rest im as lost as you might be.
Although as i say that i just had a thought!
For the Pawn you could do a gun puppy kinda thing, i think it would fit the part.

Heavy-Duty I think you go to my school! Because when I was helping my 2-D Art teacher carry in fired ceramics I think I saw yours! The only problem with that story line is that it suggests your chess piece was fired a month or two ago..... o.o. The chess piece here does have an eerie likeness to the one I saw though....

I say this is SK-inspired, not necessarily SK themed. I adore the design SK has and that's why I go/went for it! However, the gun puppy idea does sound like something close to what I had in mind...

Well, it's actually a stranger's chess piece, I simply helped my teacher get them off the cart. But it did look like a Trojan, down to the mohawk.
I don't happen to live in CA....
Oh....and school is out.....o.o
Oh but where are all of its friends?
Its a very nice piece so far by the way, i cant wait to see more added to it!
Questions:
1: Is this going to be painted?
2: Are there going to be friends for it?
Even if you are to not make the other Chess pieces what would you make them?
