I've recently gotten back into the game, and was disappointed to not be a ble to get a game of ld at the t1. When had played before, he higher tiers were dominated by strikers with piercing blades. You couldn't do a whole lot if you didn't play their game, or at least get good at countering it. T1 tended to be more balanced due to the lower variety of weapons. Does anyone still play? Or would they like to try and start? I have a prett decen guardian load out that I could also easily modify to better fit a recon or striker.
Anyone play t1 lockdown?

I say do get your hopes up, if you can find enough friends. Hammers are only annoying if there are a lot of them, and it never gets to the rediculosity (this is now a word :P) of T2 hammers or even T3. T1 stuff is cheat to make and cheap to ragecraft for too, so if you really want an OP set it's not too hard to get.

Also, for newer players
It'd be nice for newer players if there were more T1 LD games going. I remember wanting to play LD, but kinda disliking it at first because I got torn up pretty bad by dusker clones when I had about two 2* pieces of gear. More T1 LD games would hopefully help keep newer players interested in the game.

A few months ago my guild was bored so we managed to convince everyone to get some T1 gear and start a T1 LD match. Turned out to be loads of fun. :) You can try do the same thing in yours.

T1 is playable only by GvG pyamas party.
I played two times T1. More balance than any other Tier (Guardian is USEFULL :OOOOOOO0000OOOO) and nobody plays it.

Can a single slice of cheese make a difference?
I have always wanted to play tier 1 LD, as it looks likes more beginner friendly. Admittedly, I stray away from tier 3 LD because of the hearts trinkets, and how it's Flourish, or nothing. At least in tier 1, there is more variety, and you stand a chance. I'll send you a friend request, and see what we can do about this.

The fact that T1 takes 45 minutes for one game, it's pretty annoying. >_>
I play T1 whenever anyon can get a game going, which is on average about once a month. :/ But when it does happen, T1 games are very fun for the first few games, then one of the T1 "vets" gets word of the game (usually someone from Rogue or The Nights Watch) comes with their proto hammers and starts demolishing everyone. You thought hammer was OP in T2 or T1? ha. It's much worse in T1. Same with heart pendants - 4hp is a lot when the max for some people is two. Also bombs and guns are the most annoying !#@$ in the game and heart pads heal faster than many people can deal damage.
But other than that, it's fun. <(^_^)>
