i beleave there should be a new haven and more armor and core to switch so you acess it at tier 6

ask yourself:
- new haven? have something unique in this new place? or its a reskin version of haven?
- the game have 3 tiers... and your suggestion is "create the tier 6"... where are the tier 5 and 4?
- every equipment can be heated until level 10, are you supposed to talk: "create 10 star equipment"?
when someone suggests, must propose all related content (or, at least, most), so we (and OOO) will have idea what you want to suggest
We can even help with disagreements or loose parts... but say something so generic is the same thing as "I want everybody to think for me"
