I have recently acquired an ASI high flourish from the AH
right now I am not sure whether to use it or to sell it a profit.
IF I were to use it, it would be used to t2 LD considering I already have an ASI high FF for t3.
If u think I should sell it, what would be a good price

The Bazaar forum is the place to get price checks, and to attract potential buyers. So you might consider moving this thread there (by editing the thread and choosing that forum from the menu).
We cannot really answer the "buy vs. keep" question, because it comes down to whether you value the item more than some other player does. If you plan to play a lot of Tier 2 Lockdown, then it might be worth keeping. But it's not valuable to you for Tier 3 Lockdown (because you already have that covered), and it would be valuable to other players for Tier 3 Lockdown. This suggests that you should sell it.
If T2 LD means a lot to you, I don't see why not. I usually use all my good UVs I get. If I wouldn't I'd been a multimillionaire xD
