its been 2 days since i got this problem, i often get stuck in login using steam, where it only stop in "logging in" and nothing happened, i cant even go to character selection.
sometimes i can go in and do mission, but its like time is stopping in the middle of mission, i can still open option inventory and others, but the enemy and others knight just stand there still have their animation but not moving at all.
what's happening here ?
can someone help me with this problem ?

Can you please try submitting a bug report as your get stuck on the log on screen? Even at this point you can still send the report by pressing F2. If you can't manage to send a report while it happens while adventuring you can usually send the report the next time you log in.
