K, so this is my idea of rebalancing most things.
1: The hammer
The hammer is highly OP with raw elemental damage and huge dash.
I would make the dash 75% of the speed it was at and change the last 2 bars of elemental damage into 2 bars of normal damage.
Next: Trollaris
It has anoyying knockback and shock
It should have 75% of the knockback distance and lower the chance of shock from good to low.
AP/Sentenza:
On the charge, get rid of the 6 bullets and make the owl/phoenix stronger (1.2 original damage of owl/phoenix)
Plague needle/Volcanic pepperbox
Give them 0.25 more of a bar, they need it, cuase they pale in comparison to Blitz
Divine mantle:
while veil has damage bonus v fiends, mantle doesn't and it should have some damage bonus v fiends
Chaos set:
needs 1 bar debuff on everything, not 2.
BTS:
Lower the sword bonus from medium to low.'
winmillion:
give it a 5* upgrade.
fearless rigadoon:
raise its chance from slight to fair.
Major rebalancing
Can we stop making a huge deal out of the hammer being pure damage? It's not actually a big deal. Let me throw some facts at your face:
Hammer's first attack
Base damage (damage dealt to a deathmarked knight): 385
Damage on an unarmoured opponent (no deathmark): 285
Damage against a vog: 245
Divine Avenger's first attack
Base damage (deathmarked target): 525
Damage on an unarmoured opponent (no deathmark): 325
Damage against a skolver: ~280
Damage against a vog: ~240
Divine Avenger is generally more powerful until you bring double max UVs into the picture, then Hammer will do an entire pip (about 40) more damage than Hammer.
Winmillion doesn't need a 5 star. It is a utility weapon, that is why it has normal damage and range.
And yes, this does mean there is still no utility weapon for the bombers. So much love -rolls eyes-
Hammer nerf yeah no.
Polaris nerf okay 75% KB seems fine keep the shock as is.
AP/sentenza fine then.

polaris: knockback is OP in most conditions, even a monkey could just keep on pressing the attack button.
the sentenza/AP: it's meant to be a quick weapon, not a weapon that locks you into place while fires 7 bullets.
BTS: the medium boost is unnecessary in most cases, and it greatly overshadows aegis.
Chaos set: fine, 2 bars, ill drop that.
Divine mantle: im fine with splitting the medium bonus
rigadoon: it is the worst piercing sword in the game, and it needs a chance.
Chaos set:

Just because of that failed attempt at rebalancing (chaos set is already overpowered as it is) this thread is a fail. Please graveyard.
I never said I disagreed with these ideas.
They have been said several times better. I just don't expect you to say anything at this point that won't have already been said or good for the game.
You can't call a weapon OP because of one of its features unless it is very easy to use and makes it dominate. The reason why the hammer is not OP is because it sacrifices all of the safety a brandish would provide for this power. You can't use the charge safely and you can't complete the combo safely on it. Zeddy also pointed out that it does less damage then the DA which in my opinion needs to be better balanced as it has a super safe charge and a very easy to use combo.

I feel like this statement sums up this thread nicely.
1 hammer: first OP for the dash and the damage, then only for the dash. erm. well. the right tactic would be dashing on him then get a gun. maybe the other way round. remember you can track his movements. I would rather make it slower.
2 polaris: first OP for knockback and schock, then only KB. erm again. so, do you see many guys wielding Supernova? no? well, that's because of the shock. KB is fine. I would change shock from moderate to weak instead.
3 antigua 5*: I would rather having 3 shots with knockback and interruption before the howl. it won't destroy the charge completely and it wil be fair. to me.
4 autogun line weak ones: I would rather nerf blitz instead.
5 divine mantle: I would go on more defense, but that would mean defense is useful as attack here, which is not (it's my destrcuctible opinion). adding damage bonus vs undead? so they are a little different from each other.
6 chaos: already explained, I guess.
7 BTS: if you don't have UVs, the only mean of having max damage bonus (swords only) is full snarby set. that means you have BTS. buff aegis instead.
8 winmillion: give it a 5* upgrade. yeah. good explanation of what it will be?
9 fearless rigadoon: I agree. flamberge has fair chance. give fair chance to rigadoon.
