I often hear people talking about how bad the shard bombs are because they
do toilet damage and generally suck like sucky suckers. So here are bein' my idea,
inspired by the "BaB Cannon" idea by whoever that was.

The Colossal Furious Tactical Nuclear Clusterfork is similar to the BaB, except that when
it explodes, it launches 120 shards all over the place. These shards all turn into Master Blast
Bombs, except that, in keeping with the "Tactical Nuclear" theme, they will both ignite
and poison enemies for the rest of their lives. The master blast shards are scattered everywhere
over a 50 square radius.

At level 5+, it gets CTR: Maximum

and at level 10, ATS: Maximum
