I'm here to thank Hyperion for his/her help with a glitch on LoA T2, where I was frozen.
(S)He arrived quite timely-like and managed to fix the problem.

In Greek mythology Hyperion
In Greek mythology Hyperion was a Titan (male), so I'd assume our Hyperion is a "he" and not a "she"...

That's because no one filed a support ticket.
Since this is turning into a GM thank you thread,
I'd like to thank Aphrodite for bringing me back to my UFSC party after my shaking hands selected "Return to Haven" instead of "Continue expedition." And the part when you charged the Ban stick, it was so funny, hah.
Also for you Hyperion-Gender-Seekers, Hyperion accidentally spoiled me his name (Right?) in a support ticket, but I'm not gonna mention it without permission.
(Stealth-Ninja-Hyp: Not in any records I can see, I didn't.)

I'd like to thank GM Atalanta for helping me fight off those invisible enemies on the first level of Ironclaw Factory. (S)he came to the resque when I submitted my support ticket.
Funny thing about that bug: It goes away if you re-enter the clockworks.
I think Hyperion's a guy, for the record. People named him as such, for lack of a better term.
