Newsflash Doggo it's the GD, EVERYTHING can go here, if it doesn't go in another thread.
"General Discussion
Discuss Spiral Knights"
Says it on the main forum page.
EVERYONE knows that a GD is where the off topic stuff goes if there isn't an off topic forum. It's one of those unwritten rules of the Internet. We can't be expected to ONLY talk about Spiral Knights ALL the time.
Expectations, expectations. Doesn't mean it wasn't stated clearly.
Unwritten rules don't need to be expressly stated, that is why the are "unwritten."
It's accepted as long as it's not deleted.
But do unwritten rules overwrite written rules?

I don't care if it's here, but you can't say GD isn't SK discussion when the text under the GD says "Discuss Spiral Knights" based on some internet folklore.
"We can't be expected to ONLY talk about Spiral Knights ALL the time."
I think it's fair to expect that on a SPIRAL KNIGHTS forum. if you don't feel like discussing spiral knights, wouldn't it make more sense to go post in one of the other millions of forums on the internet? Unless your browser is incapable of going to any other site.
GodofSkype ..... there are forums in which you very much ARE expected to stay on-topic, and the lack of existence of an off-topic means diddly. This thread may slide under the radar, or may be deemed allowable, but then again .... it could be deleted. Nobody really knows, least of all you.
One thing I'm sure of .... the subject matter is bunk. Sensationalism from laymen with Internet access, trying to lecture at actual scientists and people with medical degrees as if they know better. I assure you, the claims there are grossly exaggerated, and they leave a great deal out.
NO
That article is flawed and lacks basic common sense in Biology. It's the same hogwash that's been circulating since 2007. The "wonder drug" used in that trial was used alongside traditional chemotherapy and other medicine. Nothing has been proven beyond coincidence.
