I'm stuck choosing between making a Sudaruska or Triglav. Both seem like good choices and the status doesn't matter to me. In your opinion whats the better choice?

If you don't care about the status, then choose based on how you get the recipes. Triglav if you enjoy PVP, Suda if you don't.

If you don't care about the status then go Suda.
Not because the recipe is easier to get, but because you won't get suprise frozen enemy in your face after a combo like you could if you went Triglav.

Suda is a beast but I imagine Triglav is just as awesome, almost. Combo is worse but the freeze on the charge should be nice with say, Electron Vortex.

To me, a Troika upgrade is a Troika upgrade. It's bigger, it's more powerful and it makes a bigger crater in the charge-up. But i have the same problem choosing while path to go down.
If you don't care about the status, then think about the recipes.
Triglav is 'free' if you play lots of pvp. Sudaruska is easily accesible at Hall of Heroes if you don't.
