Depends on how you got them both. Most likely crafting so you probably are getting profit from it. Also CTR is much better for the Brandish Series and ASI doesnt help much. And I'd say Iceburst is most ideal.

Raise the 1kce offer to 1.125kce OR give a Elemental Cloak and Hood w/ Elemental High (worth about 1.5kce)

You don't really need to get involved seeing that you are not buying or selling anything to Dragonuity. Also if it was crafted, it would be barely any cost but if it was bought or nodded, you would probably needed more cost than if it was to getting crafted and that will depend on how much profit he gets.

How did you get it then? I just think you crafted them because the 2 Brandishes are firstly both the same (3*) and they both have the same UV.

Also, if you want, I can trade the Elemental Hood and Cloak w/ Elemental High for 1 Shockburst Brandish

To be honest, Kenshi, it doesn't matter at all how Drag obtained it, just because an item might have been bought for cheap doesn't mean the seller has the obligation to undersell it. From what you have said in the above posts, you wanted him to lower the price because if "he crafted" the brandishes, he would not have spent much and so he HAS lower his pricing purely based on that. This is like saying someone mist-crafted a Flourish Asi VH and since that cost them next to nothing besides the mats and crown cost, they have to sell it for cheap. Doesn't work like that, the item is what it is regardless how its obtained.
