My idea is to have a special feature where you can turn all of your Tier 1/2/3 loadouts into PvP / PvE. The button would be on top and would either let you turn Tier 1, 2 or 3 loadouts into PvE or PvP. There is an option where you can select all of them into PvP or PvE too!

In order to prevent exploiting higher tiers into lower tiers, you cannot change a loadout whenever it's a PvP or PvE loadout. So the option will be unavailable. This should be in the game because it'd be easier to just instantly change a loadout into PvP/PvE.
