When I upgraded my Autogun to a Pepperbox, I didn't have to find a level 1 Autogun to do so...
I am a failure as I wasted unnecessary energy crafting an extra Cutter to upgrade it to a Striker...
Well, you learn something new everyday, I guess...

I actually regret upgrading
I actually regret upgrading some of my non-UV stuff. It can be helpful to have older stuff that's fully leveled; you have to level the new stuff from the start anyways, whether or not you upgraded a level 1 or level 10 item.

but yeah, an "or higher" after the level 1(or 5) item requirement probably wouldn't hurt for we poor few who like to overthink things, lol...been there.
aww they should really put an 'equal to or greater than' sign there haha. :)
