A freeze max wolver item is agreed to be roughly 1.5-2kce. Let's use 2kce for this example:
(Materials cost is not included)
Upgrade to 3*: 200ce+4,000 crowns, with another 4kcr for the recipe. (roughly 320ce)
Upgrade to 4*: 400ce+10,000 crowns, with another 10kcr for the recipe. (rougly 700ce)
So, the total upgrade from a wolver coat freeze max to an ash tail coat freeze max costs roughly 1kce, so the total cost is 3kce (not selling as an ash tail, so no need to include unbind fee)
To go to a shadow lair, the roughly-agreed cost of a spot on a SL journey is 450ce. The crafting cost: 800ce+25,000 crowns, roughly 1150ce. At this point, the coat is worth 1150ce+450ce+3kce, ==4.6kce. Adding on the unbind would be adding on 4kce, so 8.6kce. Now, you're quitting, which suggests that the items you are selling would be slightly UNDER the agreed value (such as your asi vh GF, selling at 33 when others are selling at 40). Maybe a 15% decrease? (This comes from the fact that a GF asi vh can be sold at 38kce, while you were selling at 33kce, roughly a 15% decrease). 15% off of 8.6kce brings us to slightly under 7kce.

From ^^, I think a snarbolax cap freeze max is worth roughly 7kce. Of course, some people would think it's worth more, being a max uv. My argument is, a snarbolax item already gives 3 bars of freeze resistance. A freeze max gives 4 bars, so a snarby set with freeze max on both items brings the freeze res up to 14 bars total of freeze resistance. During the winterfest promo, I found out that it takes roughly 10 bars of freeze resistance to walk across freeze traps unhindered. It takes 7 bars of freeze resistance to walk through a shivermist in LD. I don't know what you would use 14 bars of freeze res for, but it's a novelty some people may pay more to have.

Now, onto the wings:
valks are roughly 10kce these days. It's roughly agreed that an accessory loses half to most of its value after being attached. I forgot the color, but I'm going to assume these are the valks that match snarby the most (besides shadow). Let's say it loses half its value, so the valks are now worth 5kce when attached.
This brings the total cost of the coat to roughly 12kce, and the cap stays at 7kce.

Selling this in a set, it's usually customary to give a little discount if a buyer buys the entire set instead of just a single item. Hence, 1kce off that.
That's how I arrived at my 18kce evaluation.

I understand that you want to sell this for as high a price as possible, and I respect your right to not have me butt in and tell others how much you should sell this item for, as it is your item, not mine. I'm not trying to set prices for the entire community; I'm giving my opinion on pricing issues. I don't "stick my nose into every thread". If I see a price I believe is very far off what I believe the true value is, I will speak up. One of the potential buyers up there, Voza, happens to be my friend. After seeing your evaluation of 26kce, he gave up on purchasing the set. I don't know if he has 18kce, but I feel as if he gave up BECAUSE of your evaluation of the price. I just wanted to see if he thinks the set was worth 18kce, would he offer on it. If the b/o is so high, some people would be discouraged from bidding.

I'm not saying quitting=loss in profits. It's your items, you can choose how much to sell them for. I'm just stating my personal opinion. It doesn't mean anything to you.
