I will not join your guild, because I am currently running one, sorry :P
However, heres some tips which will help you :D
(And yes, I am experienced after being a Guild Master several times, and an Officer quite a lot)

1. Have a plan of what types of people you want to recruit: (Friendship, GvG LD, Tier 3 or whatever)
2. Have a plan of how you want to run your guild: (Player elected Officers, GM elected Officers, Anarchy system or whatever)
3. Make sure you have a lot of money because decorated guild halls look nicer then undecorated (This does not necessarily mean I am telling you to expand, that is up to you)
4. Make sure you read and understand the Wiki page because it has a lot of important stuff
5. Make sure you have active Officers/GMs (So you can help out your fellow members)
6. Actually write something about your guild other than it will be boss :P
7. If you want someone to help make your guild, at least make sure they are dedicated and loyal
8. Make sure everyone ranked Veteran+ actually understand the point of having a guild (Related to point 1)
9. Be fair :P and friendly, as this will help spread the word of your guild
10. Make sure you have guild meetings, this way you do not do something which will cause someone to leave
11. Make sure if someone leaves, you find out why, and try to fix it if it is a problem
12. Make sure you know everyone, and everyone knows you (related to point 9)
13. Make sure that if you are planning to expand you need a huge sum of money, and a constant upkeep -

1F One Wing - 6.25k/week
1F Both Wings - 12.5k/week
2F One Wing - 25k/week
2F Both Wings - 37.5k/week
3F One Wing - 60k/week
3F Both Wings - 82.5k/week
4F One Wing - 130.75k/week
4F Both Wings - 179k/week
5F One Wing - 254k/week
5F Both Wings - 329k/week
As you can see even the weekly upkeep to keep your guild out of Default is F***ing expensive
Default is when you cannot pay your upkeep. It blocks you from accessing 1F Wings, so you cannot use any NPC rooms
To get out of Default, you must pay back double your upkeep as a fine

14. Make sure you have something which attracts new members (T3 GvG, PvE Runs, SL Runs or whatever)
15. Make sure you work your A** off as a GM, its tough work, but it pays off when you look back at your guild
