Hello, i have a polaris and an Argent Peacemaker, and i think ill craft a Hail Driver. I am wondering which one is the best! Any anser? Please comment if you have them, and wanna help me choosing the best one :)

If I may add to what Bopp said, it should be noted that Nova Driver simply deals more damage than Magma Driver in total most of the time if not always. You might want Magma at some places like the Shadow Lair version of the Royal Jelly Palace where unfreezing Ice Cubes is rather nice although an Ash of Agni should be present there, regardless.
Personally, I consider Storm Driver and Nova Driver the best elemental guns as they pack high damage and the former also comes with the lovely shock status. Other elemental guns do of course have some use, though. Polaris is a great crowd control tool and Argent Peacemaker has great ease of use.

If you already have a Polaris and AP, you might want to craft something else instead of yet another elemental gun.
Depends on your other weapons...

Hail is the worst driver except in lockdown. Ricochets beat the (weak) freeze.

The argent has pros too
The Argent Peacemaker is good for Vana because of the undead damage bonus and its good for mecha knights since it can make them stop moving towards you by shielding the mecha knight with just 1 of the guns many shots and then piercing the shield and dealing some damage all in one round of bullets. Also its charge attack can hurt monsters very well if used carefully.

Last I checked, undead damage bonus does not apply to Vanaduke (who is not in any monster family). But these things are tweaked occasionally, so I could be wrong.

I think he means "Good for firestorm citadel" being that 90% of the enemies are slags. Not vana himself.
Well, there is currently a thread discussing Hail Driver and Argent Peacemaker. So read that. Also, search Google for something like "spiral knights forum elemental gun". This topic has been discussed tens (or maybe hundreds) of times. The short version is:
* Argent: Easy to use, decent damage, dangerous charge attack (locks you in place for a long time).
* Polaris: Easy to use, decent damage, big knockback; really a crowd-control weapon.
* Nova Driver: Harder to use, but higher damage in the hands of an expert.
* Storm, Magma, Hail: Like Nova, but trade a little damage for status.
My personal recommendation is Nova or Storm. I find Hail Driver's regular attacks to be frustrating. They don't freeze as often as I'd like, and when they do, the next bullet or ricochet often unfreezes the monster. Certainly you can't spam it. Shock and fire don't have this defect.
