Simple, a chance to deal status to all enemies you touch while doing such actions. Comes in various possible flavors:

1)works on both
2)works on both, dash has weaker status strenght
3)only on dash
4)only on bash

Stun + shield bash would simply increase the knockback.

As for curse vials:
a)Curses player too
b)Deals normal damage, no status
