Levi with CTR low: 3.5kce. People can usually buy this from the supply depot for that much, and ctr low is not a very desirable uv, albeit better than nothing. I would suggest selling this to vendor OR rolling uvs on it. HOWEVER, a uv'd levi is relatively hard to sell, even if it is a good uv. My advice is to vendor it
Sinister Skelly Armor: 1.2kce TOPS. I'd say 800-1200ce. This is not really an item many people purchase, unless it's a drop. There's always an option to buy this for 1.6kce, so my advice, again, is to sell to vendor or roll uvs. I suppose with a good enough uv you can sell it, but that's only if you're willing to take the risk known as Punch.
